We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join a hotel/resort in Montenegro. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, good time management skills, and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
✅ Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock bathroom amenities.
✅ Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize rooms to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
✅ Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management.
✅ Follow hotel hygiene and safety standards at all times.
✅ Assist with laundry services, including washing and ironing as needed.
✅ Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.

Requirements

✔️ Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage but not required.
✔️ Basic English communication skills (knowledge of Montenegrin/Serbian is a plus).
✔️ Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift light objects.
✔️ Ability to work independently and efficiently.
✔️ Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
✔️ A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
