We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join a hotel/resort in Montenegro. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of cleanliness, organization, and customer service to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
✅ Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries and amenities.
✅ Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all areas, including bathrooms and furniture.
✅ Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with necessary supplies.
✅ Report any damages, lost items, or maintenance issues to the management.
✅ Assist guests with special requests in a friendly and professional manner.
✅ Maintain hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.
✅ Work efficiently to meet daily room cleaning targets.
Requirements
✔️ Previous experience in housekeeping or room service is a plus but not required.
✔️ Basic English communication skills (knowledge of Montenegrin/Serbian is a plus).
✔️ Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long hours.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
✔️ Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
✔️ A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a professional demeanor.
